Distribution of your estate:
When making a simple will, the vast majority of single parents desire to leave everything to their children and name guardians. If this is the way you would like the distribution set out, then please proceed. Remember, this simple will is intended to cover most general situations. If the variations produced by this site are not sufficient for your needs (especially if you have complicated estate planning needs), you should seek legal counsel. You may also wish to save the completed Will to file and edit the language to meet your needs.

In the simple will provided here, you will be permitted to leave your estate to your children equally. If they are minors and under a certain age specified by you, a simple trust will be created that will be managed by your Executor. If a child should predecease you, that child's share goes to his or her descendants. If a catastrophe occurs and you have no descendants, then the estate is distributed to your living relatives according to state law. If this is the way you would like the distribution set out, then please proceed.

Remember, this Simple Will is intended to cover most general situations. If the variations produced by this site are not sufficient for your needs (especially if you have complicated estate planning needs), you should seek legal counsel.
